The house is run by a small residential Christian community who hold a rhythm of daily prayer. St Oswald's is a secluded and quiet house with beautiful gardens. There are plenty of opportunities for local walks and we are just 3 miles away from the picturesque town of Whitby. We are mainly open for guests to come and just 'be' although we sometimes offer led weeks/retreats/holidays. See our website for current details.
