Chapel, conference room and annexe (combined capacity 45), lending library (our growing collection of spirituality books can also be viewed online through our website), creative, art and wellbeing space (meeting room capacity 25), counselling rooms, 2 other meeting rooms (capacity 10 and 20), annexe (informal meeting room capacity 7), coffee lounge, small courtyard garden We also offer a variety of different sized rooms for hire with a discount available for small charities

St Bede’s Pastoral Centre is based in York next to the Bar Convent and is a charitable work of the Congregation of Jesus. St Bede’s offers a wide range of events, courses and retreats both in the centre and online. Capacity up to 100 day visitors. Honouring the uniqueness of each person and rooted in the Christian Wisdom and Ignatian traditions, we seek to meet, nurture and accompany all those we welcome wherever they are on their journey into greater wholeness and fullness of life
