Rooms
The Lodge has 2 single bedrooms with a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is also a small sitting room.
There are 2 small day guest rooms. If the Lodge is free this can also be used for day guests.
Notes
The community offers hospitality to those who are seeking quiet and a place for recollection and contemplation.
Space is offered to guests so they may spend time alone with God, in silence and solitude following in the footsteps of Jesus who often withdrew from others to spend time alone with his Father.
The garden offers a pleasant place to sit and quietly enjoy God’s creation. There are lovely estuary walks nearby, where guests can enjoy spectacular views of the Humber Bridge.
Guests are welcome to join the sisters in their Daily Office and Eucharist and join the sisters for lunch and supper (breakfast is provided in the Lodge).
CHN has a large room that can accommodate up to 7 people for day retreats/groups/meetings. Our 2 smaller rooms are available to groups for breakout space if needed. A lunchtime meal is available - this must be prebooked. The room is accessible via a lift and there is an accessible toilet. There is a £10 non refundable deposit to book the room and a suggested donation of £5 per person to cover costs.
