Resources for Retreat Centre Wardens

The Retreat Association has many years' experience of working with Christian-based retreat centres in order to support their work. Through this partnership, retreat centres also enable the Retreat Association to support individuals and groups looking for a retreat.

Retreats Handbook

Our annual Retreats Handbook lists over 150 retreat centres across and beyond the UK and is a unique publication for all those interested in Christian spirituality. It is available in Christian bookshops, retreat centres and directly from the office. It is possible to list your retreat centre in the handbook (see below)

Membership

Listing your retreat centre details in the handbook is free if you are a member of the Retreat Association or any one of its denominational group. Annual subscription rates vary according to the size of your centre.

Find a Retreat Map and List

One of the most popular parts of our website is 'Find a Retreat', which is viewed around 9000 times per month. This contains direct links to retreat centre websites. Retreat centres can be included on these pages for an annual fee.

ARCHWAY - Association of Christian Retreat Houses

The Retreat Association works in partnership with Archway to support retreat house wardens through resources and events, including an annual conference. We have a joint online forum for those wishing to post a question for discussion.

Partnership

We invite retreat centres to work in partnership with us to organise quiet days at their centres. These popular days encourage the work of the centre and also offer opportunities for reflection for the local community.
