West Watch is a small Christian charitable trust created to provide affordable accommodation for personal and/or group retreats.
West Watch Trust is a Christian charity offering simple, affordable accommodation in the heart of the Sussex countryside, designed for rest, reflection, and renewal.
We particularly welcome church and gospel-centred groups, including retreats, youth weekends, Alpha courses, PCC away days, and training events, as well as Christian individuals and families seeking time away in a peaceful setting.
Accommodation on Offer
Our accommodation includes the West Watch Centre, a self-catering retreat and conference venue sleeping up to 24 people, with meeting and dining spaces, outdoor campfire and picnic areas, and extensive grounds.
We also have two smaller self-catering cottages: cottage 1 (sleeps 4-6) and Cottage 3 (sleeps 3), ideal for individual retreats, sabbaticals, or quiet breaks.
Set near Ashdown Forest, West Watch offers a warm welcome, beautiful surroundings, and space to slow down and reconnect.
