Our retreat centre offers nine bedrooms across two peaceful buildings, each well suited to welcoming retreat groups. By prior arrangement, rooms may also be booked for single occupancy.

The Retreat House (Childswickham House) is a characterful period property dating from the 1600s. It provides six bedrooms: five first‑floor rooms sleeping between two and four guests, and one double room on the ground floor. Facilities include two shared bathrooms upstairs and an accessible shower and toilet on the ground floor. Guests may also enjoy a comfortable sitting room, dining room, and a fully equipped self‑catering kitchen with cooker, two ovens, microwave, two fridges, freezer, and dishwasher. Tea and coffee‑making facilities are provided in all bedrooms.

Our separate Cotswold‑stone Cottage offers a quiet, self‑contained setting with three bedrooms: a single room on the ground floor, and triple and quadruple rooms upstairs. The Cottage includes a sitting room and ground‑floor self‑catering kitchen with cooker, fridge, and microwave, along with an upstairs bathroom and a ground‑floor shower and toilet. Tea and coffee‑making facilities are available in all rooms.

There is also a Tithe Barn which can be booked by special arrangment as a comfortable meeting room for day groups.  (Please Contact Us to discuss what size day group it would be appropriate to book.)

All guests can enjoy our courtyard (with pottery and craft studio) and 2 acres of gardens. There are peaceful corners to be found for quiet and prayer, and a grass path running alongside the stream which makes for a pleasant short walk on our own land.
