Saint Columba’s House

St Columba’s House is a purpose-built urban retreat, consisting of the main retreat house and Redwood House, both of which are situated in beautiful wooded gardens.

St Columba’s offers overnight accommodation for up to 31 guests: In the main house there are 21 single bedrooms and 1 twin (all en suite). 2 bedrooms are fully accessible for wheelchairs, including showers and alarm systems, and can be reached via a dedicated lift.

Redwood House is located within the grounds of St Columba’s and has 3 twin/double bedrooms (all en suite) plus 1 twin with adjacent shower room. Redwood is also available on a self-catering basis, including for cell groups, small meetings and holiday lets.

The main house has 9 flexible, well-equipped meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 50 people. There is also the facility to conduct ‘Hybrid’ meetings via teleconferencing AV equipment. There are 2 further meeting rooms located in Redwood. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout both houses.

The striking Chapel, located in the main house, seats up to 80 people and is complete with hearing loop, sound system, Clavinova piano and a selection of worship resource es. St Peter’s Oratory, situated of the first floor can seat 20, is a peaceful place for reflection and prayer. The Oratory is adjacent to a small roof terrace garden.
