Retreat Centre Description
The house is run by a small residential Christian community who hold a rhythm of daily prayer. St Oswald's is a secluded and quiet house with beautiful gardens. There are plenty of opportunities for local walks and we are just 3 miles away from the picturesque town of Whitby. We are mainly open for guests to come and just 'be' although we sometimes offer led weeks/retreats/holidays. See our website for current details.
Accommodation on Offer
Catered accommodation (main house): 5 singles, 2 twin, 1 double.
Self catering accommodation: 3 self catering apartments (1 single, 1 double, 1 twin) & 1 self catering cottage (3 single, 1 double, 1 twin).
There is also a library, art room and chapel.
Please note that dogs can only come in the self catering accommodation and can not be left unattended.
