Retreat Centre Description
An oasis of peace set within 9 acres of grounds in the rural tranquillity of the Chilterns. Everyone is welcome through our doors whether of faith or not, clergy or lay. Individuals and groups can make use of the space we offer for self-led quiet days, retreats or meetings. We have a peaceful walled garden which supplies the house with some fresh fruit and vegetables throughout the year. Our catering team provide lovely fresh food cooked on the premises which enables us to cater for most dietary requirements.
Situated 7 miles from High Wycombe and Henley on Thames and 5 miles from Marlow, we are easily accessible from the M40/M4 or by taxi from any of those train stations.

Accommodation on Offer
We can accomodate 36 people residentially in 22 bedrooms.

St Katharine's (main building) has 15 bedrooms: Ensuite rooms - 2 single, 3 double and 8 twin and then 2 standard single rooms - accommodating 26 people in total.

The main building has on the ground floor; 2 lounges (capacity 10 & 16), a library, a chapel (capacity 60), a separate prayer room and a dining room that can sit 36 people.

St Joseph's (annexe) has 7 standard rooms: 4 single, 3 twin, accommodating 10 people. There are 3 separate toilet/shower rooms.
There is also a lounge, dining area and kitchen area. An ideal self-catering option for a group of up to 10 people.

The annexe is also used as an overflow to the main house.
