Tinhay Retreats offers retreats and spiritual direction. Set in an old farmhouse, with eight acres of peaceful smallholding. The lovingly tended garden is affiliated to the Quiet Garden Movement. In addition, there are two acres of wildflower meadow, an old orchard area, a camping field and two sheep fields. Tinhay Retreats offers a prayerful space for individuals and groups. Open to people of all denominations and none. Themed Day Retreats are available throughout the year, in 2024 we focus on the environment. For those looking for longer Retreats, a peaceful camp site is available within the grounds, just bring your own tent/caravan/motorhome. Alternatively, B&B facilities are available at Tinhay Mill, which is a 15 minute walk from Tinhay Retreats. There is good access from the A30 and the nearest railway station is at Okehampton.
