Rooms
33 single and 2 twin with washbasins and shared bathroom facilities in our retreat house; 6 double and 2 single en suite in a separate annexe. In our retreat house: kitchenette on each floor, meeting room (capacity 22), art room, sitting room (capacity 6), bookshop The college also has a meeting room (capacity 50), 2 classrooms with AV (capacity 20+ each), 2 breakout rooms
Notes
Our large retreat house adjoins the main house of the Community of the Resurrection, an Anglican monastic community. A Victorian house in 20 acres of grounds overlooking the Calder Valley. There is a rose garden with pond; a small orchard; woodland and a labyrinth. Worship is with the brothers in the Community church; plainsong daily offices and daily Eucharist. In addition to our programmed retreats we welcome individual retreat guests, parish groups, external/commercial events, conferences, day groups and sabbatical stays. Concessions are available on application. Capacity for 50 day visitors
