Retreat Centre Description
The Chemin Neuf Community is an international Roman Catholic community with an ecumenical vocation and with members from many different Christian denominations. It was founded in France in 1973 and stems from charismatic renewal and Ignatian spirituality. The community offers a friendly welcome at Sclerder in the beautiful Cornish countryside with sea views.
IGR’s on request according to availability. Unless specified otherwise, all retreats are led by members of Chemin Neuf. The community has a special mission (CANA) to couples and families. For one week in Summer couples can enjoy time together to pray, share and reflect while their children follow their own programme. The Abbey with its chapel is also available for day events for up to 80 people.
